welcome home

Here at our church we don't want you to feel like you're just a number or like you don't belong. In fact, we strive to make everyone welcome and hope you will feel right at home at North Glencoe. Making much of Jesus and growing others in a deeper relationship with Christ is what we're all about.

We encourage you or your family to visit with us more than just one week. We invite you to get to know who we are & how beneficial being a part of the local church can be. If North Glencoe seems like the church for you, then we encourage you to let someone know and take the next steps in being a member at North Glencoe. We look forward to meeting you and hope to see you sometime this week!

common questions

Our church is a caring group of believers that welcomes anyone and everyone! We want you to discover the joy that we have discovered when we come together to worship God in spirit and in truth! If you are planning to visit on a Sunday morning, here are some of the most commonly asked questions from visitors.

When should I arrive?

To allow ample time for parking & arriving in the Worship Center, we usually recommend at least 10 minutes before the service begins. Greeters will be available at each door in case you need assistance finding a seat.

Click here for our service times.

Where do I park?

We have parking areas located on each side of the church and a bigger parking area behind the church. There are handicapped parking located in each section along with Senior Adult & Guest parking. When the parking lot becomes full, we also open parking in the grassy area at the park entrance. Volunteers will be available those days to guide you into parking.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably. Some people dress up, but most wear casual & comfortable clothing on Sunday mornings. Don't worry about what you wear, you'll never feel out of place when you come casual.

How do I find my way around campus?

We have hospitality volunteers available at all entrances to assist you each Sunday morning. They will be glad to help you find your way around. You may also visit our Welcome Center for more information. You may also download our Campus Map in case you need to find a certain area on our church campus.

Where do my children go?

North Glencoe has Nursery, PreSchool, and Children's ministries. The hospitality volunteers just outside the Worship Center entrances can assist you in getting your children to their class or department. We offer Sunday morning programs/facilities from bed babies through 5th grade. Your children won't want to miss KidCity (held simultaneously with our Sunday Morning Worship). Small group Bible Studies are also offered for all ages. Other age group ministries meet at different times throughout the week. Be sure to check out our Ministries page for each of their individual information.
